Overnight Care means a trained team member stays at your home from 10 PM to 6 AM — your dog has human presence through the night, and the morning walk is included. Bed & Breakfast is two visits: a 60-minute morning visit and a 90-minute evening visit. Your dog is alone overnight but gets quality bookend care at the start and end of every day. B&B is more flexible and less expensive; Overnight is right for dogs who shouldn't be alone at night.

Start with your dog's needs, not the calendar. Does your dog need someone overnight? Start with Overnight Care or Bed & Breakfast. Does your dog need midday visits too? Add drop-ins. A senior dog on medication three times a day needs three visits; a young, healthy dog may be fine with two. We'll help you build the right plan on your call — there's no single right answer.

Yes. Weekly membership clients get first access to travel and overnight care booking — before availability opens to everyone else. This matters most around holidays and summer travel when dates fill fast. If you're not a weekly member, our Annual Membership also unlocks travel priority for a flat yearly fee. If your pet requires medical attention, we follow documented emergency instructions and contact you immediately. We will transport your pet to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic if necessary.

Yes. Routine medications can be administered during visits with clear written instructions. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure proper scheduling.
