Operations & Client Experience Manager Position
We’re building something special here, and we’re looking for the right person to grow alongside us.
This is a part-time, hybrid, remote position requiring one in-person meeting per week.
Applicants must live within Morris, Somerset, or Sussex counties, NJ.
This is a long-term role with opportunity to grow into a senior operations position

You have CRM, client-relation, service-based experience
You are an executor AND you enjoy:
Turning messy ideas into clean processes
Writing SOPs, checklists, and workflows
Owning projects start to finish
Protecting standards and enforcing them
Making things run smoothly behind the scenes
Creating training modules and attention to detail
This role IS NOT for you if…
You are not comfortable working with tech like AI & CRMs
You need constant direction or motivation
You dislike structure, documentation, or process
You prefer flexibility over responsibility
You cannot work independently
You do not enjoy being part of a team
You cannot commit to a minimum 15-20 hours per week
You cannot commit long-term
Responsibilities
Operations & Systems
Turn existing ideas and conversations into documented SOPs
Build and maintain training materials
Implement onboarding and offboarding systems
Maintain internal operations documentation
Track what exists, what’s missing, and what needs updating
Ensure safety, access, and client protocols are followed consistently
Client Experience
Manage client touchpoints (cards, gifts, check-ins, milestones)
Coordinate special moments (anniversaries, losses, major life events)
Ensure clients feel known, remembered, and cared for
Help implement systems that increase retention and referrals
Uphold brand standards in every client-facing interaction
Implementation & Execution
Own projects from idea to completion
Create timelines and hold them
Follow up without being asked
Flag risks before they become problems
