Membership means a repeating weekly schedule on the same days and arrival windows each week, or an alternating two-week rhythm, totaling at least $120 in visits per week. That's two Neighborhood Walks (40 minutes), three Quick Potty Breaks (20 minutes), or any mix that works for your dog.
Most members schedule 3-5 visits per week.

Our standard business hours are 9 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday. Outside of that:
Before 9 AM or after 5 PM: +$10/visit
Weekends: +$10/visit
Holidays: +$25/visit
Same-day requests: +$15/visit

Canceling a visit. Cancel with 24 hours' notice and you'll receive full credit, applied to your next invoice. Inside 24 hours, the visit is charged in full because your walker's day was built around it. Members receive one free late cancellation per year, no questions asked.
Pausing your membership. A Slot Hold of 30% of your weekly rate keeps your preferred days, arrival window, and team exactly where you left them for up to 12 weeks per year. It's how three months away doesn't mean starting over in September.
Ending your membership. Two weeks' notice. We just need time to rebuild our team's week.

Membership visits range from $40 for a 20-minute Quick Potty Break to $100 for an 80-minute Quality Care Visit. Our most popular visit is the 40-minute Neighborhood Walk at $60. Weekly membership starts at $120 in visits. Your second dog is included at no extra charge. Occasional Care visits are available at $10 more per visit, subject to availability.

Yes. Occasional Care visits are available for families who don't need a recurring weekly schedule. You get the same trained team, the same verified visits, and the same standards — booked as you need them, at $10 more per visit than member rates, subject to availability. Yes. Alternating patterns — Monday and Tuesday one week, Wednesday and Thursday the next — qualify as full membership. If your days genuinely change week to week, you can keep member rates by submitting your days by Thursday for the following week.

We're team-based by design. Your dog is cared for by our trained team of W-2 employees, all working from the same documented care plan, so quality never depends on one person's availability. That's how we've gone eight years without missing a visit. Prefer one dedicated walker? That's available by request for an additional $20 per visit.

Absolutely! Book anytime in your client portal. The only thing that ever changes a price is timing: The only thing that changes a price is timing: same-day requests are $15, weekends are $10, and visits before 9 AM or after 5 PM are $10.

Cancel with 24 hours' notice and you'll receive a full credit applied to your current or next invoice. Visits canceled inside 24 hours are charged in full — your walker's day was built around it. Members receive one free cancellation per year, no questions asked. The 24-hour policy applies to all clients equally.
